Our services are designed to help real estate professionals automate and optimize their client interactions.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: use the services for any illegal activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt our services; transmit malware or harmful code; impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; use automated systems to access our services without permission.
All content, features, and functionality of CasaVoz.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and AI models, are owned by CasaVoz.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. All provisions that should survive termination will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasaVoz.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
